And here's the best part: After the festival, when workers started throwing them away, they were up for grabs to anyone. So I rescued one and placed him on my fire escape-thing.

What, did they walk up like individual pedestrians? Did some march as if in a parade? Did others walk two by two, like the animals to the Ark?
Were they protesting? Do they want higher wages for their sacrifice? Maybe protection for their families?
There are so many unanswered questions, you know.
