I like the second one better because the statue is lit and the background lights aren't dominant. (These are the reasons I don't like the first one.) But the flash is caught in too much snow on the second one, making the fill light seem to fall a bit short.
As always, though, you've done a wonderful job capturing Boston.
And my mom said you're welcome to keep all the snow there. (She never wants to see the stuff again. Ever. She'd never seen a snow shovel before going to Connecticut.)
